Chocolate truffles recipe:
-3.5 oz. of dark chocolate cut in pieces
-about 60 ml of whipped cream
– cocoa powder
Heat the cream, then add the pieces of chocolate and wait until it is melted.
Wait for the mixture to cool down, but not get too cold as it will get hard and you’ll have to wait until it is soft enough to handle.
Make balls and roll in cocoa powder.
Place in the fridge.
